How to get here

Though a bit off the beaten path, Sefriya is worth every second of the two-hour road trip from Manila
Via Private Car
  • Take the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) from Manila and head south towards Batangas Star Toll Way.
  • Take the Tambo Lipa Exit then make a left turn to Jose P Laurel Highway.
  • At the end of that road, make a right turn to Banaybanay, Cuenca Road. At the corner you will see a Chowking and Jollibee store.
  • This road will take your through the zigzag road of Mt. Maculot and the scenic country side of the Cuenca Town Proper.
  • Once you reach the boundary of Cuenca, you will enter Brgy. Dominador. Keep on this path until you reach Brgy. Ping-as.
  • Keep driving in this direction until you see the Sefriya Signage along the road.
Via Public Bus
  • Head to Buendia or PTEX DLTB Bus terminal.
  • Make sure to ride a bus going to Lemery.
  • Inform driver that you want to be dropped off at Brgy. Ping-as.
  • Keep a lookout for the Sefriya signage on the road once you reach Brgy. Ping-as.
  • There will be a tricycle terminal on your bus drop-off point.
  • You can a hail tricycle and ask to be brought to Sefriya.

Our Pet Policy

Sefriya is a pet-loving resort. As our pets are almost like family, we treat them with the same attention and care as we would everyone at the resort.

Fees & Charges
We welcome pets within the resort. Each guest is permitted to have one (1) pet per guest room. Each pet will be charged 500.00 php per night.
Safety Deposit
Though we trust that your pets are gentle and well-behaved, we require a Php 5,000.00 deposit to cover expenses should there be damage to the resort caused by your pets.

This amount will be refunded to you by the end of your stay should no damages occur.
Pet Safety & Etiquette
  • Guests must present up-to-date vaccination records of their pets upon check-in.
  • Guests are responsible for the proper care, behavior and waste maintenance of their pets throughout their stay.
  • Pets must be well-behaved, and are not allowed on furniture in public areas.
  • Pets should be supervised at all times while inside the resort, and should never be left unattended in your guest room.
  • Housekeeping service in guest rooms with pets is only available when guests are present in the room.
  • Please leash or restrain your pets at all times while in public spaces within the premises.
  • Pets are not allowed in the pool.

Payment options
Currently, we accept payments through BPI & BDO bank deposits. Payments in the form of cash are also accepted once within the farm. We are still working on our other payment options for your convenience. Thank you for your patience.
Reservations
Once decided on a date, we can reserve your rooms upon receipt of 50% of your total stay's cost. Since rooms get booked fast, it is best to inquire availability first through chat before sending your payments.

Afterwhich, an email confirming your reservation will be sent to you.
Rebooking Policy
We welcome rebooking reservations done 14 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellations, deposits shall be forfeited. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. However, you can opt to rebook your stay. Rooms are subject to availability.

Everything you need to know about your vacation at Sefriya
Do you have daytours?
To preserve the Sefriya experience, only guests with confirmed room reservations are permitted to enter the property grounds.
Are kids free of charge?
Kids 0-10 years old sharing the same bed with their parents are free of charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. In the event of cancellations, we would gladly refund your deposit and only deduct 10% of your total room cost. This is provided that notice of cancellation is sent 14 days prior to your booking date.
How many rooms are in the resort?
We currently have twelve (12) rooms. Eight (8) Superior Rooms with 2 double beds, and four (4) Deluxe Rooms all with a luxurious queen bed each.
How can we pay?
At the moment, we accept BPI & BDO bank deposits.
Can we do ocular visits?
To preserve our guests' experience of the farm, ocular visits are strictly by appointment only. We do not entertain walk-in visits. To book ocular visits, kindly contact our General Manager at 0917 304 9869.
Do you honor PWD & Senior Discounts?
Yes we do. Kindly bring proper documentation & identification cards for smooth processing.
Wi-fi & Connectivity
Thanks to the age-old mango trees, one will have to go out to one's balcony to receive or make a phone call. Wi-fi signal is available all throughout the hotel and we are working on making it available throughout the entire resort grounds.
What is the difference between the Superior & Deluxe rooms?
Both rooms have the same amenities & inclusions. All of our rooms boast the same uninterrupted views of the garden from their own balconies. The only difference is the type of bed — Superior Rooms have two (2) double beds and Deluxe Rooms feature a luxurious queen bed.
Do you have a restaurant?
Sefriya Garden Cafe caters exclusively to our guests. Our in-house kitchen team prepares scrumptious meals, from local favorites to kid-friendly dishes. You can access our menu here.
How far is it from Manila?
The farm is in Alitagtag, Batangas, about 2 to 3 hours away from Quezon City. You can Access the Google Map here.
Do you have a corkage fee for food deliveries?
You may inquire corkage fee rates from our chat.
Is Sefriya Pet-friendly?
Feline and canine companions are welcome in all rooms, with an added charge of PHP 500.00a night. Each guest is permitted to have one (1) pet per guest room. Read more about our pet policy here.
Can I book all the rooms?
